Several of the companies that Blanca Sofía established are very well positioned in various market sectors; such as real estate, investments, information technology, service delivery companies, and others. She leads the processes for obtaining authorizations and licenses before the Regulatory Entities of the State for the operation, restructuring, transformation of companies and others.

Thanks to her extensive experience in banking and regulatory administrative processes, she can be considered part of the small group of professionals in the country that has a deep knowledge of the legal regulations for financial entities and other entities regulated by the Public Authority for the Financial System in Bolivia (ASFI for its acronym in Spanish), such as Holding Companies of Financial Groups, Stock Brokers , Management Companies of Investment Funds, Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (these regulated in the first instance by the Pension Fun Administration Office – APS for its acronym in spanish), having participated in quite relevant operations in this market.

Blanca Sofía is a Lawyer from the Private University of Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA), having obtained a Bachelor of Legal Sciences with the Highest Honors from this Institution “Summa Cum Laude”. Her Bachelor Thesis focused on “Mediation as Alternative Conflict Resolution”. Subsequently, she completed the Master in Business Legal Advice (LLM) accompanied by a Module of the Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the IE Business School, in Madrid – Spain.
